What happens in the hour
You don’t need to come with a polished question. Most people start with “I think AI could help, I just don’t know where to start,” and that’s exactly where we begin.
Before the call: Tell me briefly what’s on your mind so I can come prepared.
During the call: We talk through what you’re trying to solve. I ask questions, you explain how things actually work in your business right now, and we work backwards from there to find the easiest route to a result.
After the call: You get a short written summary: what we covered, what to do next, and which tools (if any) are worth paying for. The call is recorded, so nothing gets missed or forgotten.

What people actually bring to these
- I’m paying for a handful of AI subscriptions and I’ve no idea which ones are earning their keep.
- There’s one job that eats my week and I’m sure there’s a better way to do it.
- I tried ChatGPT, it was rubbish, and I don’t know if that was me or the tool.
- Everyone keeps telling me I should be using AI. I don’t know where to start.
None of those need you to know anything about AI before we start. You bring the problem, I tell you what’s worth doing about it.
Here’s a recent one
A mortgage advisor had one job that took her about 45 minutes, and she did it 20 to 30 times a month. She came to me about AI.
AI wasn’t the answer. What she needed was one place to put the numbers into, built on information that was already free and public. Same job, 10 to 15 minutes.
Sometimes it’s a tool worth paying for. Sometimes it’s something you already have, pointed in a better direction. Sometimes it’s that you don’t need AI at all. Working out which is what the hour is for. Building whatever replaces it is separate work.

Why only 3 a week
Three a week, fitted around client work. That’s what I can do properly, with a written plan afterwards that’s actually thought through rather than copy-pasted. When they’re gone, the next batch opens the following Monday.

This works well if…
- You know AI could help your business but don’t know where to start
- You’re already using a tool or two and want to know if you’re using them properly
- You want a straight answer, not a sales pitch
- You’re ready to actually try something in the next few weeks

This probably isn’t if…
- You’re just curious with no real problem to solve yet. Read the newsletter instead, that’s free.
- You’re looking for ongoing hands-on building rather than a plan to follow.
- You want a guaranteed list of “the best AI tools.” Every business is different, so that’s not something I’ll hand over without understanding your situation first.
If that’s you, no hard feelings. I’d rather tell you now than take your money and waste your hour.

What Our Clients Say

Kane instructed me how to get the best out of AI by explaining how to create simple, direct prompts so AI could generate the best images. His AI knowledge is top drawer and without his guidance I wouldn’t have got the results I was wanting.

I really appreciate the time you’ve taken on this. I have watched it once and will watch again as you’ve given me so much useful information.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my problem turns out to be bigger than an hour can fix?
I’ll tell you plainly during the call. You won’t be left guessing, and there’s no pressure to book anything further.
Do I need to know anything about AI beforehand?
No. Most people who book this know little to nothing about AI tools. That’s fine, the call starts with your problem, not a tech lesson.
What do I actually walk away with?
A short written summary of what we covered, what to do next, and which tools (if any) are worth paying for.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, so the written summary is accurate and you’ve got something to refer back to.
Why is it only available at specific times?
I run these around everything else I’m doing for clients, so it’s capped at 3 a week. That keeps each call properly prepared for rather than squeezed in.
What if this week's slots are already gone?
Join the waitlist and I’ll email you directly the moment the next batch goes live, before it goes out generally. The same 3-slot structure repeats every week, so it’s never more than a short wait.
